Chris is a Sales Associate at HBS Real Estate. In addition, Chris is employed at Catlin, Lillard & Co, PC (CPA Firm). Not only has he worked for this firm for 10+ years, but has been in the tax world his whole life. Chris's father and grandfather were both in the tax/accounting business as well. The combination of tax and real estate skills allows Chris to bring a diverse combination of professional knowledge to the table for his clients. Chris specializes in Farm and Ranch, Residential, and investment property transactions and has the ability to bring specific knowledge and guidance with regard to 1031 Exchanges. Chris is a graduate of Texas Christian University, where he was a student athlete. He was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 29th round of the 2000 draft. After suffering a shoulder injury, Chris went on to play baseball (1st base) at The University of Texas in 2001 and 2002. Chris then transferred to play ball at TCU in 2003 and 2004, where he was an All-Conference Player in 2003. Chris is now a resident of Aledo with his wife Julie and beautiful baby girl. In his spare time, Chris loves hunting, fishing, baseball and spending time with his family.
